THE MINOAN LABYRINTH
The Minoan Labyrinth is an ingenious maze commissioned by King Minos and designed by the architect Daedalus.
the Minoan civilisation was centred on the island of Crete, known for it’s monumental architectural art and recognised worldwide. It’s ruins can still be found in Knossos Palace, Heraklion.
MEANDROS (GREEK KEY)
The greek key is a decorative boarder constructed from continuous lines and often found in architecture. It represents eternnity and unity. the design is universally recognised and associated with Greece.
GREEK COLUMN
The greek column supported the roof of the building and provided balance and harmony to the architecture and construction of a building.
We infused these three ancient Greek and especially Cretan symbols into a modern, clean and architectural logo which can easily be recognised and memorissed as a strong symbol on it’s own
